Ms Wynne is a Chartered Accountant with 7 years experience in senior financial roles responsible for management and financial reporting, taxation, continuous disclosure and compliance.  Ms Wynne presently specialises in the finance and administration of listed companies and works with a number of emerging ASX listed resource companies.  Ms Wynne brings additional financial, corporate, legal and taxation skills to the Company.
