Mr Hunter is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years' corporte and company secretarial experience. He has been involved in the listing of over 20 exploration companies on ASX in the past 8 years.  He has experience in capital raising, ASX compliance and regulatory requirements and is currently a director of Red Emperor Resources NL and Cauldron Energy Limited and is company secretary of two other ASX Listed entities.
