Yalleen Project
CAZ: 100%
The Yalleen Project is a recent acquisition in the world class Pilbara iron ore region of Western Australia. The project consists of one Exploration Licence Application (E47/2041) covering 6 square kilometres located approximately 17km south of Pannawonica. Access to the Project is gained via the unsealed Yarraloola – Millstream Rd. Desktop studies and field reconnaissance indicates the Project is prospective for Bedded Iron Deposits (BID) and Channel iron Deposits (CID). The application contains approximately 6.5km of Hamersley Group sediments with the potential for containing Marra Mamba Iron Formation. In addition to this there is evidence for the occurrence of substantial CID deposits to the west of the tenement in neighbouring projects where substantial amounts drilling have taken place up to the Yalleen Project boundary on floodplains.
There is significant nearby road and railway infrastructure near the Yalleen Project.
Work programs are being designed by the company which can be initiated once access is available.
